oin us for the Workout of the Day! Expect a wide variety of movements using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, and more. Workouts are constantly varied and intentionally programmed to build strength and boost conditioning. Each class is one hour. Bring any accessories you may have like grips, gloves, jump ropes, weightlifting belts, etc. All levels welcome.
