The Tank - Large Pool

The Large Pool at NAF El Centro is a seasonal outdoor swimming facility open annually from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Designed for recreational swimming, lap swim, and warm-weather activities, the pool provides a spacious environment for families, Sailors, and all MWR-eligible guests to enjoy during the summer months.

The facility supports a variety of Aquatics programming throughout the operational season, including open swim, fitness-focused sessions, and special events coordinated by the Aquatics team.
