NAF  El Centro’s CYP is going to Reset Stage 3A on 17 May 2021 and Reset Stage 3B on 21 June 2021!

Reset Stage 3 has been divided into Reset Stage 3A and 3B.

What does this mean for our CYP families?

Reset Stage 3A will be implemented on 17 May 2021:

CYP will increase enrollment until full capacity is reached.

Families who were enrolled prior to COVID and have been self-caring will be notified and provided with a 30-day Recall Notification Letter to return to care date.

Families who wish to return to care will work with the program directly and return to care any time within the 30 days.

Families who do not wish to return to care by the date provided (30 days) will be required to either dis-enroll from the program or pay to hold their child(ren)’s space.

CYP will discontinue the use of Childcare Self-Declarations and will no longer place children into Temporary Care. The COVID Temporary Care/Alternative Care Option in MilitaryChildCare.com will be deactivated and no longer an option.

Families enrolled in Temporary COVID Care will be notified by the program their enrollment is being assessed for possible dis-enrollment or provide an offer for a full time space, if they are next in sequence to be offered a space through MilitaryChildCare.com. If care is discontinued, the family will be placed on the regular Full-Time Care (Non-COVID) waitlist on MilitaryChildCare.com.

CYP facilities will continue to utilize the CYP Enhanced Health Screening Questionnaire, conduct temperature checks, and continue the use of face coverings for children (over the age of 5 years), parents, staff and visitors in all operational programs.

Reset Stage 3B will be implemented on 21 June 2021:

CYP facilities return to full operations and will begin to enroll children from the MilitaryChildCare.com waitlist.

All visitors must sign-in and fully comply with the all current health measures.

Supplemental Programs will be re-instated to include:

Hourly Care, Teen Center, Youth Sports & Fitness (YSF), and Part-Day Programs (where available).

Hourly Care services can be scheduled via CYP Online: https://myffr.navyaims.com/wbwsc/nrswcyms.wsc/wbsplash.html?wbp=1
